I was very happy to be done with work today.  There is this person who absolutely does not want to comply with some state laws that apply to his business.  So, instead of just doing what he's supposed to, he calls into our office a couple of times a week, ties up our phone lines until we say something that he doesn't like, then he puts his wife on ( Read more... )
